James Dennis Brookshire, 55, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, March 25, 2022. His memorial service will be held Friday, April 1, 2022, in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mt. Pleasant Chapel, at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends an hour before the service and following.

Dennis was born April 3, 1966 in Clayton, GA, son of James Holland Brookshire and Charlotte Carnes Brookshire. He was a graduate of Wando High School and a licensed charter boat captain.
